Josh’s approach to mortgage lending is shaped by years of experience in financial services, insurance, and business ownership. A University of Michigan graduate who rowed with the National Team, Josh holds the CFP®, CLU® and ChFC® designations and was named a NAIFA Florida Top 40 Under 40 honoree.

Before focusing on mortgage origination, Josh earned recognition as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table during his career in financial services and insurance. He also built a property and casualty insurance business from the ground up, eventually serving more than 12,000 insureds with a team of nearly 30 employees.

That background influences how Josh approaches a mortgage today. He believes a home loan should be evaluated as part of the bigger financial picture, not treated as an isolated transaction. Josh and his wife Anna are raising their four children in Florida, and their goal is simple: help you find the best lender and program for your situation. Before founding Your Home Loan Team, Josh built and led yourEadvisor.com, an independent financial services agency providing access to more than 1,000 insurance carriers and investment products. Earlier in his career, he recruited and trained more than 400 independent agents as Director of Sales and Marketing for a national insurance marketing organization. His work in financial services earned him back-to-back Million Dollar Round Table honors, placing him among the top 1% of insurance and financial professionals worldwide. Josh also publishes “Sunday Morning Hits,” a weekly newsletter of sales and marketing insights for real estate agents with over 1,000 subscribers.
